Pinecrest’s Memory Care Unit provides a secure, nurturing environment for up to 20 residents living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Designed to balance safety with independence, the unit offers a peaceful, home-like atmosphere where residents can thrive through personalized care and daily engagement.
Our highly trained staff deliver 24-hour skilled nursing and emotional support, focusing on each individual’s unique needs, preferences, and life experiences. Through specialized programming, activities, and routines, we help residents maintain a sense of purpose, dignity, and connection every day.
Within the Memory Care Unit, residents enjoy freedom of movement in a protected space equipped with a discreet security system that ensures safety without limiting autonomy. Activities are carefully crafted to stimulate memory, encourage social interaction, and promote comfort—whether through familiar music, crafts, gentle exercise, or sensory experiences.
At Pinecrest, family involvement is always encouraged. Visiting hours are open and flexible, allowing loved ones to remain an important part of each resident’s life.
